The Development

Dolphin Bridge House is a riverside building located on the banks of the historic Grand union Canal.

Uxbridge is a well established, affluent and desirable commuter town in West London on the Metropolitan and Piccadilly tube lines.

Previously used as offices, the building will be converted to 41 high specification apartments (4 x studios, 29 x 1 beds, 7 x 2 beds and 1 x 3 bed apartment) over ground and three upper floors with the top floor apartments benefitting from private roof terraces with far reaching views across Uxbridge.

Uxbridge is an affluent, modern market town and commuter hub in West London within the M25 with a population of approximately 25,000. It is a significant commercial centre with many major employers, a thriving town centre and numerous sporting, leisure and cultural amenities.

The area is seeing substantial large-scale investment and regeneration with a number of new developments creating thousands of new homes and putting the focus on Uxbridge as a popular investment destination.

Other investment drivers include Brunel University London, the proximity to Heathrow Airport and easily accessible transport links into Central London via both tube and the upcoming Crossrail.

Uxbridge is known for its canal side living and period houses, a legacy Dolphin Bridge House continues. Connected by the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, Uxbridge is an appealing commuter town, the Underground station itself a celebrated Art Deco landmark.

Dolphin Bridge House lies on the western side of the town, the area favoured by families and young professionals for its network of waterways and former mill conversions, giving it a unique urban identity. In the last 10 years, the Intu Uxbridge shopping centre has added another mall to the town’s retail and transformed the town centre.

It also hosts a nine screen Odeon cinema. In 2016 Coca-Cola announced it was to make Uxbridge its European and British headquarters, a brand that has a long association with the town.

A diverse range of industry occupies the town’s office space with other major HQs including Apple’s UK head office, Cadbury, Xerox, PWC, Mitsubishi, GSK, Hasbro, Cisco Systems, IBM, Fujitsu and Hertz. These commercial giants have led to a steady growth of incoming as well as outgoing commuters to London.

Dolphin Bridge House is well served for tube, train, road and air
connections. Uxbridge tube station in London travel Zone 6 is
located in the town centre, within a 10 minute walk of Dolphin
Bridge House. Served by the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines,
journey times to Zone 1 are under 40 minutes. An annual travelcard
to Zone 1 costs £2,492

Further connections can be found at West Drayton which is just
over 3 mile away and will be linked to the new Crossrail
line opening in December 2019. As well as quick journey times
across Central London, the City and Canary Wharf there are also
National Rail connections to major regional employment centres
such as Reading and Oxford

Heathrow airport is the major airport hub for London and is
a 15 min drive from Dolphin Bridge House. Heathrow is the
busiest airport in the UK and the second biggest in the world for
international flights with over 80 airlines flying to 185 destinations
in 84 countries.

The UK government have also approved a third runway in 2016 and
Parliament voted in favour of the expansion in June 2018. Work is
scheduled to commence in 2021 on what will be one of Europe’s
largest infrastructure projects. Due to open in 2026 the expansion
of Heathrow Airport will create 180,000 new jobs, 40,000 of these
in the local area and up to £187bn of economic growth across
the country. Uxbridge is poised to benefit substantially from the
investment and additional employment created by the new runway.

Titan’s hall-free philosophy maximises space for true open plan living. Less walls within results in more light throughout, so typically apartments are bright, aspirational and feature quality brand names that appeal to ambitious working professionals and families. Traversed by the River Colne and Grand Union Canal, each apartment enjoys waterside views – a rare and very desirable feature.

Apartments at Dolphin Bridge House are designed with the surrounding tranquil setting firmly in mind. Cool and clear interiors feature quality brand appliances to produce attractive and comfortable living spaces, befitting of their waterside location.
